My Account - Directions for Using the Web Site


Existing Cablelynx Digital Phone Customers:
New ‘My Account’ Customers:

How to Login to the New Account Manager ( Top )
  1. Open the internet browser and go the ‘index.aspx’ for the local Cable Company Website
  2. Click any of the following links under ‘Customer Center’ in Quick Links area:
  • My Account
  • View / Pay Your Bill
  • View Your Call Details

Note: Any of these will transfer you to the new ‘https://secure.wehcovideo.com’ website.


  1. Log into the ‘Account Manager’ Using Current (mydigitalphone) User Name and Password:
  1. Enter your User Name.
  2. Enter your Password.
  3. Press the ‘Log In’ button.

Forgot Your Password? If you do not remember your password, you can select ‘Forgot Login Information’.
            (This will direct you to reset your password.)

Note: The temporary password will be emailed to you at the email address which you have currently on file.


Forgot Your User Name? If you do not remember your User Name, you will need to create a new user to
            re-register your account number with the Account Manager.



How to View Your Call Details ( Top )
  1. Login to the Account Manager (See Above)
  2. Click the ‘My Phone Numbers’ tab.


  1. Click either the ‘View Call Details’ button or the ‘View’ hyperlink beside your registered digital phone number.


  1. Success! You can now do the following when viewing your Call Details:
    1. View your call details by select ‘Billing Period’
    2. View call details by changing the ‘Display page’
    3. Print call details to your local printer.
    4. Export your call details to Microsoft Excel or Word.



How to Search Your Call Details ( Top )
  1. Login to the Account Manager (See Above)

 

  1. Click the ‘My Phone Numbers’ tab.


  1. Click the ‘Search Call Details’ button.


  1. Success! You can now do the following when searching your Call Detail Records:
    1. Search call details records using fields with keywords using comparison operators.
    2. View call details records by changing the ‘Display page’
    3. Print call details records’ search results to your local printer.
    4. Export call details records’ search results to Microsoft Excel or Word.



How to View Call Detail Billing Summary ( Top )
  1. Login to the Account Manager (See Above)
  2. Click the ‘My Phone Numbers’ tab.


  1. Click the ‘Call Detail Billing Summary’ button.


  1. Success! You can now do the following when viewing your Call Detail Billing Summary:
    1. View call detail billing summary by select ‘Billing Period’
    2. View call detail billing summary by changing the ‘Display page’
    3. Print call detail billing summary to your local printer.
    4. Export your call detail billing summary to Microsoft Excel or Word.



How to Register a New Digital Phone Number ( Top )

  1. Login to the Account Manager (See Above)
  2. Click the ‘My Phone Numbers’ tab.


  1. Click the ‘Register Number’ button.


  1. Enter the following information to register:
    1. Enter the Digital Phone Number you wish to register.
    2. Enter the Last 4 number of the Social Security Number on file.
    3. Enter the PIN number you received separately in the mail.
    4. Click the ‘Register Number’ Button.
    5. Success! You have now registered the digital phone number.

Note: You will receive a confirmation email shortly after registering.


How to Remove a Digital Phone Number ( Top )
  1. Login to the Account Manager (See Above)
  2. Click the ‘My Phone Numbers’ tab.


  1. Click the ‘Remove’ hyperlink beside the number you wish to remove from your Account Manager profile.


  1. Click the ‘Ok’ button to confirm removal of the number in the pop-up window.

Note: Press the ‘Cancel’ button to cancel removal of the number.



How to Create a New User ( Top )
  1. Open the internet browser and go the ‘index.aspx’ for the local Cable Company Website
  2. Click any of the following links under ‘Customer Center’ in Quick Links area:
  • My Account
  • View / Pay Your Bill
  • View Your Call Details


Note:Any of these will transfer you to the new ‘https://secure.wehcovideo.com’ website.

  1. Enter New User Name
  2. Enter Account Number
  3. Enter Service Address Zip Code
  4. Enter last 4 digits of Social Security Number on file.
  5. Enter New Password
  6. Re-Enter New Password
  7. Select Security Question
  8. Enter Answer to Security Question
  9. Enter Email Address you wish to be contacted by.
  10. Click ‘Register Account’ button.

Note: You will receive a confirmation email shortly after registering your account.


How to View Your Statement Bill Summary ( Top )
  1. Login to the Account Manager (See Above)
  2. Click the ’View My Bill’ tab.

  1. Click the ‘View My Bill’ button

Note: Make sure your popup blocker is turned off.New page will open up in a new window / tab
            depending on your internet browser settings.

How to Add a ‘Credit Card’ or ‘Checking’ Account to Your Profile ( Top )
  1. Follow steps on the section on ‘How to View Your Statement Bill Summary’ (See Above)
  2. Click the ‘Add Account’ button at the top of the web page.
    1. Credit Card Account
      1. Choose the ‘Add A Credit Card Account’ Section.
      2. Select Type of Account  (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
      3. Enter First Name on Account.
      4. Enter Last Name on Account.
      5. Enter Address.
      6. Enter City.
      7. Enter State.
      8. Enter Zip.
      9. Enter Credit Card Number
      10. Enter Expiration Date
      11. Enter Card Verification Number.
      12. Enter Account Nick Name.
      13. Press ‘Save Account’ button.


    1. Bank Account
      1. Choose the ‘Add A Bank Account’ Section.
      2. Enter First Name on Account.
      3. Enter Last Name on Account.
      4. Enter Address.
      5. Enter City.
      6. Enter State.
      7. Enter Zip.
      8. Enter Driver’s License Number.
      9. Enter Driver’s License State.
      10. Enter Phone Number.
      11. Enter Bank Account Number.
      12. Enter Account Nick Name.
      13. Press ‘Save Account’ button.



How to Modify a ‘Credit Card’ or ‘Checking’ Account to Your Profile ( Top )
  1. Follow steps on the section on ‘How to View Your Statement Bill Summary’ (See Above)
  2. Select the account you want to modify from the drop down box.
  3. After Changes are made, click the ‘Modify Account’ button to modify the account.



How to Delete a ‘Credit Card’ or ‘Checking’ Account Saved to Your Profile ( Top )
  1. Follow steps on the section on ‘How to View Your Statement Bill Summary’ (See Above)
  2. Select the account you want to modify from the drop down box.
  3. After Changes are made, click the ‘Modify Account’ button to modify the account.



How to Make a ‘Credit Card’ or ‘Checking’ Account  Your Default Account ( Top )
  1. Follow steps on the section on ‘How to View Your Statement Bill Summary’ (See Above)
  2. Select the account you want to make your default account from the drop down box.
  3. Click the ‘Make Default Account’ button



How to Make an Online Payment to Your Bill ( Top )
  1. Follow steps on the section on ‘How to View Your Statement Bill Summary’ (See Above)
  2. Click the ‘Pay Now’ button to be transferred to the payment screen.


  1. Select ‘Pay Online’ Payment Type (FYI: You may also ‘Pay In Person’ or ‘Pay By Mail’)
  1. Choose Payment Amount in ‘Step 1’ Area (‘Pay Amount Due’, ‘Pay Other Amount’)
  2. Choose ‘Pay Now’ in ‘Step 2’ Area
  3. Select Payment Account in ‘Step 3’ Area
  4. Click ‘Pay Now’ button (You may click the ‘Cancel’ button to cancel the payment.)
  5. You will now transfer to a confirmation screen containing payment information and confirmation number
    which you can print to your printer.
  6. You will also receive a confirmation email to the email address in your profile.



How to Schedule Your Bill to Be Paid at a Future Time ( Top )
  1. Follow steps on the section on ‘How to View Your Statement Bill Summary’ (See Above)
  2. Click the ‘Pay Now’ button to be transferred to the payment screen.


  1. Select ‘Pay Online’ Payment Type (FYI: You may also ‘Pay in Person’ or ‘Pay By Mail’)
  2. Choose Payment Amount in ‘Step 1’ Area (‘Pay Amount Due’, ‘Pay Other Amount’)
  3. Choose ‘Pay On’ in ‘Step 2’ Area


  1. Choose the Calendar Icon or type in the specific date in the ‘Pay On’ text box.

  1. If you selected the calendar icon, a pop up window will be displayed which will allow you to browse a calendar.
    Click the specific date you want to make a payment. (This date will be populated in the ‘Pay On’ text box.
  1. Select Payment Account in ‘Step 3’ Area
  2. Click ‘Pay Now’ button (You may click the ‘Cancel’ button to cancel the payment.)
  3. You will now transfer to a confirmation screen containing payment information and confirmation number
    which you can print to your printer.
  4. You will also receive a confirmation email to the email address in your profile.


How to View Online Payment History ( Top )
  1. Follow steps on the section on ‘How to View Your Statement Bill Summary’ (See Above)
  2. Click the ‘Online Payment History’ tab.
